1. Return Eligibility
We DO NOT accept returns.
Please note that items purchased with a discount of more than 10% are not eligible for return or exchange unless you provide clear evidence of a size issue or any damage to the items received.
Refunds are not offered. However, we do allow exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when received.
- All original product tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- The return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Customised or personalised and SALE items are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or damaged.
2. Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info.nyambh@gmail.com or +91 76699 75963 within the 3-day window after delivery in case of damage of product. Provide them with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions for the return process, including the return address and any necessary return labels.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).

Can ask the customer support team to get it picked up at the cost of Rs 1000/- which will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If the item passes inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees or restocking fees.
- If the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria, we will send it back to you!
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 5-6 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges but, if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
7. Shipping Policy (0-7 Working Days)
At House of Nyambh, we ensure timely delivery for a seamless shopping experience. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 0-7 working days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary for remote areas. Please note, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
