- Customised or personalised and SALE items are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or damaged.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged). In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
